I really wanted to paint something magical...I wish I would have painted the deer a different color though.Watercolor on cold-pressed Cotman. 5" x 7".

did you use masking fluid for the leaves or could you control the flow of paint just like that?

no masking fluid...when i'm doing these intricate layers, i try not to overload the brush with medium. it takes a little longer, but it's easier to control the paint.
