This was a super fun project!
A commissioner approached me with the idea of revamping an older artwork of mine from 2012; back when I was doing Zoroscopes. Zoroscopes is still a project that I'm very much interested in, so I was more than happy to recreate the LeoDragon.

In 2016 I started journaling daily. Part of that writing process has been to write 3 things I am grateful for each morning.
I've been sharing those three things along with my new artwork each Mon-Fri.
This practice has benefited me artistically as well as emotionally. My hope is that by sharing this, you guys can feel some of those good vibes during your week too!

The dynamic in this painting is awesome! The background fits perfectly to the dragon since the contrast is wonderful! I like how he is 'coming to the Viewer' and almost comes out of the picture. All the details are amazing and the coloring is perfect
