After the events of FFPS, her soul as Elizabeth being freed from the burned and broke down Scrap Baby suit. Instead of going to the afterlife, she would revisit the second time back to the abandoned CBEaR (Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rental) underground location to find something else to possess. While exploring, she found a prototype model somewhere in the secret rooms of CBEaR that looks almost identical to her appearance before being captured and killed by Circus Baby, the same hair style like Scrap Baby but molded into like Elizabeth's hair. After possessing the prototype model, she can't figured out what her goal is, and thus can't remember who she was.

Her only choice is to visit the grand huge mall created by Fazbear's Entertainment to find out the truth for herself and her past. She might also encounter a lot of them, including the old cast such as her father being Glitchtrap and her eldest brother Michael as Scrap Foxy. The Night Guard Gal must find Elizabeth's past memories so that she would be peacefully freed from the agony, pain, and torture from many years ago, or else she would regain her negative murderous memory and joining Glitchtrap and Vanny's side.
