Description This was a project I did back over Christmas break. The dress was made out of three large mens tee shirts in graded shades of blue. I created tiers from the shirts leaving ~8" below the connecting seams and then cut the excess into fringe.

The point of the skirt was to engineer a new kind of movement for dancing. It was semi-successful. It moves great but it's a wee-bit short for me to be happy dancing in it without something underneath.

precisely! The tee shirt fabric has just enough weight to create great fringe.
