I have quite a few photos still to post, but in honour of Sunset Shimmer Day today, I thought I would start with sharing the Equestria Girls Mini Sunset, which has finally been released! I had been waiting for her for a while and as you might expect, she is awesome and definitely worth the wait and purchase. Like the others, her arms and legs are articulated, and the articulation is much better than the first wave. The previous figures felt delicate and were prone to having the limbs breaking off, but with the new ones, the joints are much more robust. The hair makes her a little top heavy but I guess that is to be expected from these now. I see that Rainbow Rocks Minis have recently been announced and I can only imagine how top-heavy a character like Adagio will be (her hair is huge). I'll admit that I prefer Sunset's newer attire from Friendship Games, but since this is the more iconic outfit I can see why they chose to release this first. Either way, I'm just glad I finally managed to add Sunset to my collection.
