Just a little doodle I drew the other day, and I just finished coloring it.

I think that he cam out okay, but it could have been better, like I messed up on his left arm, so yeah...

Nice! I love Mario.
Starting with vision.. The colors are rich, but almost faded. I see you used pencils which is fine! I am just so used to darker more richer colors that I threw that out. So, I'ts pretty clean.
Originality is great!
I love the technique you use. for just drawing it it's pretty awesome! His eyes grabbed my attention. I'm not sure why, but they just did! It's pretty cool! I love how you put a little blue into the gloves, and added a little shine in his buttons.
Overall this picture is great!

okay well, i take it you use colour pencils on this. Me and those things have never got along. So the outcome of this, plus the fact that its so neat, is incredible.

I'm still getting into the hang of drawing (before I joined dA, I haven't drawn in over a decade.) I used to be a realistic artist, but I stopped because of working and family issues and all of that. Si, I'm just starting off simple the first year or two on dA.
