I made a new Free To Use cat base!RULES:

You can customize what traits they have, and here is a list of what is included:
-6 mouth options
-2 cheek fluff options
-5 ear options
-6 eye options
-2 neck options (one is for hairless cats)
-3 chest options (one is for hairless cats)
-2 back options (one for hairless cats)
-3 front leg options (one is for hairless cats)
-2 belly options
-3 back leg options (one is for hairless cats)
-9 tail options (3 are for hairless cats)
um just realized I don't have the download to all the customizations on here...gonna have to fix that later
