Nelphy is typically a very bubbly person and those who see her and how she acts would not suspect her history as a Harem Master. however ever once in a while the bubbly person drops, and a mistchievious grin and glare replace it. A chain of bubbles form in her hand and she swings it around before tossing straight at her target. She fits right into slimea, after all you know what they say
