Tomomi grew up in a rich and powerful family and was raised with values in etiquette poise and other things she would now consider fancy rich people bullshit. However her uncle couldn't stand to see such a lovely young girl to waste her childhood for the sake of being proper and decided one day to take her to a circus, and her life changed that day. everything was so fantastical seeing the animals, the people, the clowns and the laughter. seeing the world outside enlivened her and her Uncle was happy and even taught her how to make people laugh, how to have fun and how to be a clown. there was just one rule. Fun should never come at the expense of harm to another person for 'there is no fun in pain'. for many years she would spend a couple days a month learning from her uncle and appeasing her parents at home.   Things inevitable came clashing down in her private high school when she couldn't hold back her laugh when a teacher sat on a whoopie cushion. Her parents horrified about her detention demanded to know how she came to know such horrible behavior that was unfit for a lady and she confessed she was just having fun and that the whoopie cushion was from her uncle. When she heard that she would never be allowed to see him again. Tomomi ran. taking but only a few things she left the manor and never returned.
   after hearing of Tomomi's escape, her uncle quickly found her at the only place she would go, the Circus. She then lived happily with her uncle. preferring this poorer life full of laughs and fun over the catered life of being proper.
    She however didn't quite forsake the training of her tutors and parents using her standing and ability to be proper she often found herself able to get into more sophisticated gatherings and start making things go awry in order to try and bring fun to the more stuck uppy folks because it really was no way to live. It was at one such gathering she found one who would laugh as hard as she did and was a kindred spirits of sorts, Cherry, a lovely wife to a vampiric noble. The two became fast friends and Tomomi loved to just make Cherry laugh.
