Have you noticed that the puppet of fnaf 2 and the puppet of fnaf 6 are not similar? I do not understand why you did not notice that they have different appearance. So, these are two different characters- The puppet from FNaF2 did not save the children (perhaps it did not have time to save them) and gave them a new life.
- Green-eyed puppet from fnaf6 was able to save children. (Just in a mini-game the children from the FNaF 6 are alive, and there were no hints of their death)

well its true. the pink girl/ elizabeth has allready been confirmed to be baby since sister location. the green eyes on the puppet represent that he answers to the green bracelet Henry's daughter has. (she is the puppet. its proven in the minigame and the ending cutscene). The crying child manifests as golden freddy as an halucination because he was killed with that suit and is tormenting Mike in both fnaf 1 and 3.
I dont know if Henry's daughter died first (the puppet). it was William's first kill. then Elzabeth/baby's accident followed, then the crying child, then the 5 children and then Michael. I understand your "theory" and its a valid opinion. Yet at the same time, all you mention in your post has allready been disproved in-game so what I say is not really a theory of my own but what really happens. sorry bud :/
