A concept drawing for Hershey, not that she's changed much...
For the most part she has her STH#233 cover design just with gloves, boots and a belt with powder pouches. (and two optionals)

Scenario regarding Hershey: The idea is when Hershey was attacked during her undercover mission in Soumerca an unseen passerby saw the fight and decided to act quickly using their abilities to move hershey out of harms way while replacing the space she was in with a substitute so the enemies would think she was vaporized. But due to the wounds she suffered amnesia unable to remember who she was or why she was there. So Hershey decided to stay with her caretaker until she could remember.

The powder: Well, one pouch has a red powder, the other has blue (as seen with the opened pouch) both are what Hershey describes as "Unstable powders that grant unnatural powers and abilities when combined" which they do of course, just not on the scale you'd imagine. They just grant two things for Hershey which is a shock wave when both powders are clapped together which effect the surrounding area around Hershey, except for Hershey, and a jump boost if both powders are slammed together to the ground. When the powder is in effect Hershey's arms glow symbols (seen next to the powder). As for where they came from, they came from the person who Hershey was rescued from.

The Sword Sheath(Optional): I don't know why but when I thought of making the idea that Hershey was living with Amnesia after she was attacked in Soumerca I imagined her using swords. I guess its just the glasses/goggles and the idea of her wielding a blade reminded me of kill bill? Well, whatever the reason its what I thought she'd take and use on "missions" to deal with people trespassing on the ground she's living in which her caretaker has been trying to protect for years.

The scars(Optional): Of course Hershey wasn't saved without a scratch, when she was rescued she was suffering from severe shot wounds. Her caretaker tried to heal her completely which would have worked if the Dark Egg Legion(D.E.L.) hadn't damaged her head in the back which in turn gave her amnesia. However as Geoffrey tries to help her remember her scars slowly go away as she recalls her memories. When all the scars are gone her memories will be back 100%.
