Description Vaati, who just stole the magic cap from his master. Drawn entirely traditionally (coloured pencils). Advice: never, EVER try to colour with kids' pencils... Epic fail, it would be. ><" Don't be greedy, spend some money on PROFESSIONAL set of pencils, the result would worth it. I'll probably re-colour it in Photoshop later.

EDIT: Re-coloured this picture in Photoshop (lineart done in SAI), personally I like it much, MUCH better now! Tried some new, a bit more detailed shading here.

Yeah, usually, I don't draw claws for minish, just sharpened finger/toe tips, but this time, I felt like drawing them...

I think it looks great, but it's been since I played Minish Cap last that I've seen Vaati in this form, and that was back when it came out.

Also, I can't help but hear Smeagol/Gollum in my head, looking at this. (Probably didn't help that I watched the first half of "Return of the King" today.)

While the color is not very...Accurate.
The line art itself is lovely, I love the shading and the folding in the clothing and the hat.

The colour is aweful, the pencils really sucked. >< I may try to copy the pic later and re-colour it with NORMAL, professional pencils. Or just re-colour it in Photoshop.
