Oh i like it! The sky has a movement here for me! And you put it in a very cool compositional ratio!
i thing i would make a suggestion here on making some highlights on the ground as well, so it would look nicer against the white cloud
I also want to say what i like your choose of colours here! It's cold but still summer like. Makes good feeling of the storm
