Not so good, I know, but I had to try.
Lol, he looks young.
Mmm. I was better at drawing some time ago.
Pencil, fingers, and about 20 minutes. Maybe if I had spent some more time on it, it would have come out better.
Just contrast adjustment in PS.
*wonders if the Eng consecutio temporum is right...*

You're pretty hard on yourself. I think the likeness is excellent, I'd have recognized him without a shadow of a doubt without a title.
And just jotted down in twenty minutes. That's some impressive sketchwork.

Don't sell yourself short. That was a very nicely done piece. Few people can pull off a life sketch let alone attempt the face of a man that can have a variety of emotions play across it in a matter of moments. A little practice and you'll have him down pat. ^_^

LOL I know those urges! I have a few that has my hubby raising an eyebrow. Especially when I sew something to my fingertips. >_<

Instinct is the best way, drawing the image from memory and from the picture. It gets a better likeness coz sometimes the pic your copying from doesn't necessarily look totally like the person. You should do some more
