I drew this out of my Alvin & the Chipmunks journal. I thought maybe that the teen Powerpuff Girls could've have cool outfits like Sailor moon & other cool anime so I invented some though I kinda' took Sailor Moon's outfit for Bubbles.Blossom: Ice Princess
