*cringe*For those of you who don't know- though I doubt there are many, tensile strength (as I understand it) is the point at which something warps or breaks while under pressure, generally from pulling I think.
Jess seems to be enjoying herself more than she should be. Pete is not amused.

I like how Pete is slowly (emphasis on the slow) beginning to see Jess as more than just a study object.
Still the fact he is trying out how much stress her bones and tissue can withstand should suffice they are not best buds yet

Or maybe they are friend, and Pete just shows people he likes them by pulling off their limbs. 
The world may never know, as his 'friends' are unlikely to survive his wayward affections. D:

I love all the detail, color and I like that you use handwriting instead of type. Gives the comic a unique feel.

Oh thank goodness. Its good to hear that people arent horrified by the handwriting thing. I agree that it gives it a really unique and somewhat organic feel... I am slowly warming up to it. After all art is about personal expression and comics ARE art right?

Yes so true! and I find it easy to read. I especially like that Pete's is red and Jess's is green, Making them different colors makes it even more unique

Yay, you update so quickly! Really liked page 4, even with poor Jess' arm all cut open down to the bone like that, very glad she can't feel anything at the very least. Like I said before, Pete is damn scary, but Jess seems to be handling him and his morbid 'curiosity' very well. Like iralovesart said above, Jess is quite a badass, and just as well given all that she's gone though and is going through. Oooer, now Pete is starting to talk with her and I think he's starting to realize that she is a person, not just somebody who tried to kill him before. Can't wait to see what happens next.

Yes Pete is starting to talk to her, I don't really think he realizes that it is a tactic that is being used against him though.. he isn't terribly social and he generally kills people on the spot. xD

Its in the 90's at the moment.. its just harder when you out changing irrigation lines and there are ants and flies everywhere trying to be your friend. Oh and earwigs.. hiding in the pipes ready to pop out and give free hugs. DO NOT WANT! xD

I think that "devil-may-care" attitude of hers is starting to get to him.
She is actually quite a badass, given what she's been, and is, going through!

I think when you come from an environment that she did, growing up somewhere harsh and unyielding as a child- shapes you into a bit of a renegade. There is a softer side to her though I assure you.

Bad things often happen to good people- I am more fond of life-like endings but sometimes those are happy too. xD And yeah.. Pete is a psycho but he's not a monster.. though it is seeming more and more than his intention was not to cause TOO MUCH harm.
