• Marathon Division, the Federation’s basic foot-soldiers trained to fight with defensive strategies and tactics, wielding single-shot rifles capable of launching rifle-grenades and battle rifles loaded with tracer rounds for suppressing and marking targets for other allies. Katarzyna is one such soldier to fit this division for her adaptable skills in combat.

• Battery Division, either wielding a sniper rifle or manning large, stationary cannons and other anti-machinery or anti-air big-guns, this division specialises in long-range combat. Not caring for a particular division to fit in, Kyril found himself to be a good fit for this division for his proven talent with a sniper rifle and sharp eyes.

Riley gets a hold of the photo to talk Shelby through his former squad-mates. “Well, the Polish shark lady and her older brother joined after the Xikaeda chased them out of their country. Her name’s Katarzyna but she seems to prefer me calling her ‘Kat’. She’s got a bit of a mood on her but seems to lighten up whenever I talk to her at least.” Riley shifts his attention to the disinterested-looking shark guy standing next to Kat. “That photogenic dude is her older brother, Kyril. A bit of a rebel amongst us and the rest of the army for that matter, I’m surprised they didn’t kick him out instead of me!”
