I just used the chisel end of the marker and quickly scrubbed the paper with it, haha.
Whenever I do very large area's I use the chisel side of the marker.

I really don't have that problem, because I meticulously outline the edges of the areas that I don't want to be colored before I scribble all over the big empty areas that I want to be colored. I also used a very light color in this picture, so the unevenness of the markers doesn't really show XD
