Really Great! I like the Cartoonish style to it cuz the batman series can be kinda dark. What stands out the most is her eyes. They are the, what I think, the part of her that stand out to me when looking at this picture. I also like the shadows you put on the railings in the background. Really Great technique. I think the only critique I would have with this is the batarang. The colors are fine, I would have just outlined it in black to see the define shape of the tool. Other than that I really think this is great!

Now that you mention it, that batarang would look better with black lines.
