Scooter is betting that she can beat up a giant snake, but Medusa overhears this & challenges her to a 1-on-1 fight for a hot dog (because...who doesn't want a dog after a fight?). So she gives it to Taylor to bet on it and gets choked at the start!.....at least Taylor gets a hot dog after the fight (and Scooter got her braces taken out).
