i know how to ride both english and western. i am an english rider at heart though. when i took lessons i did dressage and jumping. these days i just pleasure ride on horses i break myself... i love trail riding and goofing off bareback.

sadly none of the horses in my gallery are mine. i'm just lucky enough to work with racehorses. i spent six years working at a harness racing training center so that's where a lot of my pictures came from there. now i work at a breeding farm (still standardbreds) so there will be plenty of foal pictures added to my gallery. thank you so much for commenting!

Oh that's too bad that you don't own any of them, they are so beautiful! I own two horses. One pinto who is a lineback overo dun, we call him Bling Bling and a double registered Quarter Horse and Paint who is a bay with black zebra stripes on his legs, he's out of Danson Impulse. We show horses but I have always been interested in most of the aspects in the horse world. I love horses and they are my life. I also love your art, you capture the horse and it's beauty so wonderfully in your art!

my parents owned a pair of horses when i was a toddler and i've been around horses for most of my life. i plan on owning horses as soon as i'm financially stable. they're my life as well. i have been offered full time work at the breeding farm after i graduate and i actually might be living on an arabian farm within the next several months. thank you so much for the compliments it's good to find other horse lovers who can appreciate my work.

he's actually one of the smaller colts we have, but she's not a very big mare either. she was passing a hot summer afternoon and doing her best to catch a nap.

now that he's a yearling he looks exactly like his mom. same markings, same head shape, same kind eyes and dainty build.

Yes! Why wouldn't they look lifelike? They're real are they not? The poses thier in makes me love it even more. It gives me the idea like when I'm standing at school or in the mall or something and my brother comes and puts his chin on my shoulder. That's what this reminds me of. Yes, it does look lifelike.
