A capture from "Rumours!" Cedric and Sophia have overheard Ralph and Melissa discussing the apparent upcoming arrival of the King and Queen of England (England technically doesn't currently have a King, so that should have been suspicious right away, but I digress...) Even though they promised not to tell each other, Sophia can not help but blab to Bert about their upcoming arrival. (What exactly does Cedric see in her?)
