Dear G-M
So good of you to take the time to say so, I very much appreciate it. I'm just getting around to presenting my work to the public. Like many artists I've had to get creative to make a living the past 30 years, so become a sign painter / commercial artist designing Logo's and Business Cards, etc. Point being, if you love art, it's a God Thing, a gift, so figure out a way to keep doing it!! Was there something specific you were hoping to get from a critique?

You're welcome : ) And I've never used pen and ink wash but I use pen and watercolors and this has a similar look only in gray-scale.

I always wanted to try pen and watercolour technique, but couldn't yet.
Though I have noticed that normal chinese ink/india ink wash gives a warm grey and a black+white watercolour wash gives a cold grey. The cold grey is mostly preferable.

That's interesting, I like both looks. Hopefully I can try using ink wash sometime and likewise, hope you can try watercolor and pen
