This handy device, carried by the "kind" and "compassionate" goblin priests, ejects healing spray for all who's suffering (and who can provide a 4.99 gold donation for the Goblin Church of Light, amen!). Be you the Horde or the Alliance - it doesn't matter as long as you have the coins to fuel the device and goblin carrying it
I imagine this card being a big heal (or maybe even +maxHP) with a tricky cost - like giving you opponent the Coin or making all of your creatures cost 1 more mana.
