After his return from Malgax corpse, weakened Malware was in dire need for more power so he reconstituded himself and went on a quest to level the playing field against Ben 10. First he ambushed Albedo and stole his Ultimatrix which gave him many Ultimate alien options, then he got his hands on Nemetrix with Predator aliens being an option, he can also transform into any Ultimate Predator he wants. Next on the list was Alpha Nanite which allowed him to control any tech by infusing it with nanites and assimilate it, thanks to Alpha Naite Malware can evolve past his weak points. After trying to get his hands on Annihilarrgh, Malware failed in locating it so he moved onto the next big thing; Dwarf Star which gave him galactic level of power and lastly Malware tried time-snatching the Chronosapien time-bombbut luckily Ben 10K stopped him in his tracks with Atomiclock fusion (Atomix+Clockwork). IF Malware had obtained both the Annihilarg AND Chronosapien Time-bomb he would've evolved into an Ultimate Machine being that would threaten the entire Omniverse. Ultimately Malwares defeat was the result of his own hunger for power cause he didn't know how to balance out his arsenal, in the end he malfunctioned and was left with only Alpha Nanite.
