For now its unknown how Pinach died, maybe he got killed by a villain, maybe he died due to Delayed Onset Ki Disorder or maybe he died due to combination of both options, either way King Kai told Yema to give Pinach a free pass to his realm and with that permission, Yema told Pinach he has to cross the Snake Way where King Kai will be waiting for him. Pinach told Yema why not teleport there and Yema told him King Kai will only and only allow him passage on his world if he runs his way, no teleporting and no flying. Pinach sighed and agreed to King Kai's terms and was on his way. A while later Pinach finally arrived on King Kai's world and after the introductions were done, King Kai told Pinach he has to tell him a really funny joke in order to accept him. Pinach, being more than eager to be taught by a god tells King Kai a really good joke which takes him a minute to get, making him fall and wheeze in tears. King Kai composes himself and the time finally comes for Pinach to learn everything King Kai has to offer. First came the Kaioken technique and Pinach had all the time in afterlife to perfect and his advanced Ki-control training helped him push Kaioken to outmost limit- Maximum Kaioken with multiplier of 100x base. Next in line came Super Kaioken which was Max. Kaiokens 100x SSJ 50, making his variant of Kaioken whopping 5000. After that came the incredible Ascended Kaioken with insane multiplier of 10000x base but unfortunatelly both Super and Ascended Kaioken can be used in short bursts of 5 minutes and 10 seconds regardless of Pinachs advanced Ki-control which is why Pinach stuck to Maximum Kaioken. Since his Kaioken variants are unstable, Pinach dedicated himself to perfecting Super Saiyan form to its outmost limit, eventually transforming into SSJ3 and extensivally training to get a perfect hold over it until he could be in that form without wasting an ounce of energy, it took him 5 years to do so thanks to hybernative sessions of meditation and at the end of the day it paid off handsomely cause now he was a Master of SSJ power to an extent Goku could only dream of. Unfortunatelly during this time period, Goku had achieved SSG form which surpassed Pinachs Mastered SSJ3 form. With that in mind, Pinach had a new goal; to once again surpass Goku.
