In year 2099 A.I.M has succesfully cloned the original Carnage from its remains by infusing the remains with Adamantium Extremis nanites. As a final touch-up to give Necrom a humaniod body they based it on Super-Adaptoid with stronger adaptive powers. Upon waking up, Necrom had all the memory of Cletus Kasady and Carnage but also their sadistic pesonality however the new being also had Super-Adaptoids cold robot logic and asked how the hell is he still alive. The A.I.M explained to Necrum decades after Ultron-Carnages defeat they have scavaged the remains and cloned him into a new being, possibly the most powerful unamped Symbiote in existence. Just then, Mr. Sinister walked in and introduced himself as the current leader of A.I.M, he organization was renamed to S.I.N (Sinister Idea Networks) and so he engaged Necroms programming; absolute power replication. Necrum went on a rampage replicating the powers from those he killed I.E this eras Sandman, Hydroman, Radioactive-Man, Miss Negative and many many more, not stopping until he becomes the strongest being in his era.
