Lunatrix Origins:
When Azmuth made the Omnitrix in this timeline and announced it for cosmic peace, MANY badguys wanted it for themselves and attempted to steal and when Azmuth had enough of this happening all the time, he programmed a hidden feature, Imprison. Anyone who tried to steal the Omnitrix for selfish gains would get trapped and locked inside the Omnitrix and the user would use badguys bodies as punishment, that's something which Goon Nite didn't know at time before meeting the creator of the Omnitrix, later rebranded to Lunatrix.

Some of the badguys ended up escaping from Lunatrix, these badguys are:

Blazaar the Pyronite who made foreign planets into volvanioc wastelands to be sold
Scourage the Hunter Vulpimancer, he was arrested for hunting down his own kind for sport
Albedo, you already know his story, pettyass Azmuth wannabe
8'L1T7, Accelaren who was arrested for running down an entire city and killing everyone in it
Bargon Oldstrong the Tetramand, he was arrested for attempting to kidnap Princess Looma Redwind and overthroning her father
Malware, another one everyone knows
Zs'Kayr, same as Malware and Albedo
Cruellhu the Pisciss Volann, he was arrested for cannibalism and blood addiction
Xe'edg the To'Kustar, he was arrested for revange killing multiple of his kind and blowing up planets
