This is a lovely piece I love the pose and colours very much,
the only thing I can point out would be either define the lines more or remove them all together, it might separate it more from the bg :3

You should be happy about this, this is very good ! I really like the coloring, you did a great job with the earthy colors. The dots on it's neck brings the feathers out, even though you didn't draw them in to the neck. The feathers in the wings look very good, the only thing that bothers be that the orange color in the wing is only in the left wing. But I can forgive you that, because this picture is just awesome.
