The act of the hunt is the one place Raviv feels in his element. And thus, he is very eager for a chance to share it with his best friend!
YIPPEEE mine and k-eilonwy 's kiddos!! We did an art trade of sorts-- each of us separately drawing canon pieces!

Look at Katie's wonderful part, I am still in awe of the colors and little details. She came up with the idea for them to share each other's task and it took me a while to work out how I wanted to do my part, but was happy with this! I never feel quite right about how I draw Illsa-- she's not quite as elegant as I'd like her to be. Perhaps I will have to practice drawing her more.

I had to redo the background three times to finally get something I was happy with-- and let me tell you, that is ALWAYS the best course of action in my book, to continue to redo things (especially backgrounds!) It's not the most efficient course of action but it does lead me to neat backgrounds like this :0

Been drawing a lot of Mr. Scary lately (and more to come, RIP), so this Raviv (and Illsa!!!) piece was a welcome break. I wish I could draw fictional doggies 24/7, but alas, real life calls.
