Wayne Martin (June 30th, 1950 - April 19th, 1993) was a Branch Davidian and unofficial lawyer for the Davidians. He and his four children Douglas Wayne Martin, Jr. (20), Anita (18), Sheila (15), and Lisa (13) died when Mount Carmel burned to the ground. His wife Sheila Martin and their three other children, Daniel, Kimi, and Jamie, left the compound prior to the fire.

In the 2018 mini-series, Wayne is portrayed by Demore Barnes. His wife Sheila is portrayed by Darcel Danielle and one of their children (Jamie) is portrayed by Cayen Martin. The miniseries states the Martin's have five children, in real life they had seven.
