I did a redraw of an old drawing of mine and this is much better. I was scared back then to draw Nejteri with beefy muscles when she's trying to be pretty in dress but I realize now that it was stupid, I had nothing to be embarrassed about and she changed a lot over the years. I changed human Hunter a bit too! He looks a bit older and the much more handsome for my taste lol, just my version, don't worry Al I'm not telling ya he should look like this, he's your boi! <3
I added a one-shot that was made for me and Alice but I forgot who made it so plz tell me so I can credit you!!

Criminal Dance

Lovely music plays softly and elegantly matching with the beautiful decor of the dance hall. Along with the music, laughter and chatter filled the room as people of high class interact and enjoy the lovely night. Everyone was enjoying themselves, drinking the most expensive wine, mingling with A-class people, and listening to excellent music played by skilled professors. The setting overall is a woman’s dream come true, the atmosphere itself will make any woman feel like a princess. However not everyone was enjoying themselves, specifically, an undercover cop who desperately wish to be anywhere but here, especially out of her dress.

The irritated woman grumbles as she stood off to the side of the hall, being an observer, keeping a sharp eye on the people. Searching for any suspicious behavior, even though she is hating her existence for being stuck here, she will still do her job no matter the circumstance. Though she did fight tooth and nail to not take the assignment, but the host of this elegant party ask for the police force to be security for his lovely party especially when he will be showing off his riches, he requested the greatest from the force to attend. Which also include Nejteri. Since said host is a huge donator for the police force, the chief wasn’t going to disappoint, and he was more than willing to hogtie Nejteri into the dress. Luckily that wasn’t needed, but it made Nejteri hate her boss for forcing her to attend the party.

Nonetheless, what’s done is done, and there isn’t much that could be changed now. The only thing she can do is focus on her job and pray for the time to go by quickly. She sighed deeply as she watches snotty rich people mingle, it disgusts her as they show off and brag about their wealth. She frowned as she didn’t like that this party allows the guests to wear masks, it makes her job challenging to identify people, especially to predict any acts they plan to do.

“Oh my, I never thought I will see the day to see you of all people to be wearing a dress~” someone whisper in her ear. She jolts and sharply turns around, her eyes widen when she quickly realizes who it is.

“Hu-!” She is cut off when he places a finger over her lips. He smirks at her devilishly.

“No need to shout darling, I know how much you adore me but please not out in public.” He grins.

She blushes darkly, but she quickly shoves his hand away. She glares daggers at him, “What are you doing here Hunter?” She growls.

“Isn’t it obvious? I’m here to enjoy a party, I am a fancy man that enjoys a lovely party, especially when there are lovely women like yourself~” he purrs.

She scoff. “That is total bullshit, and you know it. You’re full of shit, we both know that you’re here to steal something.”

He acts hurt by placing a hand over his heart. “Darling, you wound me. It truly hurts me that you think so low of me. I’m only here to enjoy a lovely night and mingle among the people.”

“Than why are you wearing the mask, huh?” She asks.

Hunter smirks. “I’m just blending in among the crowd, besides I find these mask lovely and it drives the women wild when they have to figure out a mystery man.”

“You’re still full of shit,” Nejteri scoff as she turns to report him in but he pulls her back into him. She blushes darkly as she is press against him.

“Have you ever hear of relaxing? You definitely should try it,” Hunter whispered huskily in her face.

She breathes sharply, she trembles slightly. So close to him, feeling his warmth, his muscular body and she could smell the cologne that suits him perfectly. As she glazes up at his towering forward, she takes notice of his strong, handsome features. She could feel her heart racing and her face burning. “Y-you’re a criminal…”

He leans closer to her, their lips were close to touching. She could feel his warm breath, her eyes became half lid as she glazes up at him. His eyes piercing down into her eyes. “Nejteri~” he hotly rumbles her name that sends chills throughout her body. “Let us forget who we are and simply enjoy the night. Can you do me this one favor?”

She shakily breathes, she blushes, and she didn’t know what overruled her thinking, but she nods. She mumbles weakly. “O-ok…”

He smiles, “Thank you, I won’t disappoint in showing you a lovely night.”

She tense when he suddenly begins to pull her to the dance floor, she dragged her heels in. “N-no, no, what are you doing?”

Hunter chuckle. “Relax and just follow my lead.”

“I don’t know how to dance, and I don’t want to,” She growls, she blushes darkly with embarrassment as people begin to stare.

“Don’t put up such a fuss, you’re making a scene. Now come on, trust me, and follow my lead.” He smirks as he got her to the center of the dance floor. Nejteri’s heart is racing, she felt sick as she felt like a fish out of water, the worse part is that she is center stage. She could feel eyes staring her, examining her and judging her. She felt dizzy, she having a hard time breathing, she felt that her vision is darkening, but she felt when a hand grasps her hip gently, and another hand intertwine with her hand. His voice huskily whispers in her ear. “Relax~ Breath.”

She breathes deeply, slowly exhaling, she trembles as he chuckles. “Good girl, now place your hand on my shoulder.” She does so, her hand placed on his board shoulder. “You’re doing great, now just sway side to side, follow my movements. Ignore everyone, focus on me and the music.”

Nejteri desperately tries, but she is still tense but glazing at him. His glaze laser focus on her alone, and his soft movements as they sway together begin to feel comforting and relaxing. The music fills her head, she closes her eyes, and she felt the movements. She breathes deeply as she finally relaxes and let herself go.

They dance together, following the flow of the music as it filled the air. Their rhyme will change whenever the music shift to a different pace. Eventually, Hunter leads them outside to a balcony, he held two champagne glasses after grabbing them from a server. He gave her a dashing smirk as he offers her a drink. “Champagne my lady~”

Nejteri blush, she hesitant but grabs the offering glass, she takes a sip and sighs softly. “Thank you.”

“You’re certainly welcome.” He smirks before he steps further out to the balcony until he is at the railing. “Come look at the view, now isn’t it just breathtaking.”

Nejteri came up to his side, and she gasps with amazement at the glorious view. The host certainly has taste in the decor as his backyard is a massive garden. His home planted on the mountain, which results in giving them a magnificent view of the city. Hanging above the dazzling city lights is the full moon and the few stars that were bright enough to stand out. “It beautiful.” She murmurs with amazement, her breath taken away.

Hunter smiles, he removes his mask and glazes at her. “Oh, not as beautiful as you my dear~”

Nejteri blushes darkly, she perks up when he held a hand out for her. Offering another dance, this time, she accepts the offer. They draw in together, but this time closer, their warm bodies pressed close together. His arms wrap around her waist and her arm around his neck. They deeply stare into each other eyes, Hunter purrs at her. “You’re certainly stunning, you should dress up more often.”

Nejteri pouts slightly as she glazes away from him. “I rather not, it not very comfortable. It not me.”

“Oh if only you can see what I can see, I see a beautiful gem among all these gems. You truly stand out...” Hunter huskily whispers at her as they sway closer to the railing until he had her press against the railing. Nejteri gasp softly as he had her pin, she trembles as he cups her cheek. “And I just couldn’t resist~.”

He tenderly and lovingly caresses her cheek, she blushes darkly as he leans in closer. She breathes deeply as she slowly begins to close her eyes as she expects their lips to meet.

Instead, she froze when she hears a familiar click of handcuffs, she gasped as she looks down to see her hand wrist cuffs to the railing. Her eyes lit ablaze as she glared up at Hunter, who is smirking at her. “You son of a bitch!”

Hunter laughs. “Sorry darling, I just couldn’t resist.” He grins as he puts his mask on. “Now if you excuse me, I have some diamonds with my name written all over them.”

Nejteri uproar in mass fury as she began to curse worse than a piss off sailor, she glares murderous daggers at him as he walked back into the party. The sly fox effortlessly blending back into the crowd with ease. Nejteri rattle the handcuffs before she huffs in defeat, she cursed her luck, and she especially isn’t looking forward to her boss screaming. Her fist clenched tightly. “Hunter, you will pay for this…” she growls.
