Description
Base on the upcoming Amazing Spiderman Movie. I recently got a commission for a Wedding gift. I wanted to do a really good job on this one. I had no idea when I started this that it wold look like this. I just finished the color and I'm really please. I use some new methods for this one and I really like the results. This was mainly done using Photoshop filters and my handy dandy eraser tool.Spiderman is a character that is copyrighted by Marvel who is in turn owned by Disney.

This is actually pretty awesome and looks like a full-color comic based on the movie. The blue really pops out at me, and it's a pretty striking complement with the red, too. Great work.

btw do u no how to make the webbing on the suit look dented in?

Try making a separate layer with the mesh putting a plastic wrap filter play with the settings then make the layer a multiply the layer over the art and lower the opacity of that layer till it looks close.

how did u make the patter on the suit (as in the texture pattern (the mini hexagon))

There is a website call filter forge were I got the texture from then it was a matter of placing it in PS then warping it to follow the line art of the body then changing the texture layer to multiply over the drawing that had the color on it. then I simply erased the edges with a soft edge...oh and finally duplicated the layer and added a plastic wrap for highlights and then faded that layer till it was about right.

Try googling images of mesh texture or hexagon texture I started with honey comb texture too. Just make sure its a free royalty site
