I pre-ordered these beauties back in August and they just came home today.Originally, there were 26, but now the total is 36 cards...37 if 1 was not taken out.
Gaster was part of the original 26 and would've been placed where I have that one card is back flipped, but for some unknown reason Gaster was removed from the final cut.
That IS what his official card looks like, but you won't get it if you buy the deck.
I still would recommend getting these things, it is so worth $17.00 even if someone is lost to time and space.

One day, they might tell us what the secret is. Hell, it took years before the devs of Silent Hill 2 revealed *spoiler* your dead wife who you killed out of hate or mercy and the very reason you went to the town of Silent Hill in the first place was in the back seat/trunk of your car this entire time and the true ending is when you drive the car into the water to die with her.

So whatever secrets Gaster is I can only imagine it will be something we might not even believe at first or think is a joke but then looking back will be all "Oh my god, how did we not see that?!".

Yeah, the creator made the cards before full info was learned. That's why Chara's card doesn't say Chara's name but instead says 'Fallen'. I did ask them about it and Gaster.
dogbomber: "Hey there! I made the Chara card before I knew the character had an actual name in the game code, so I just used the term ‘Fallen’ for the Fallen Human and scrambled it. As for the Gaster Card, alas, the universe has erased it from existence. Unfortunately, Toby Fox didn’t want it in, so it’s gone. He’s been replaced by Gerson as the Hanged Man. Unfortunately I wasn’t told why the card had to be removed, though if I were to hazard a guess, it’s to keep him hidden, just as he was in the actual game."
I did find something out that is neat though.

dogbomber: "I’ve considered making more undertale cards for the anniversary, but at the moment there aren’t any real plans."
So we might get more in the future. ^_^
