Besides, the art is meant to be used as clipart. I think it is pretty good for that purpose - cutesy and simple. Clipart isn't meant to be an amazingly complex and intricate piece of artwork - then it would distract from whatever it's embellishing.
Also - you can draw Gothic cupcakes in your sleep?? I would really like to see that in action. Got a Youtube channel?

Well, I know clipart isn't supposed to be CRAZY OMG WHOA, but I mean jeex, it's not TOTALLY well done imo. Sure, it's cute, but it's not super good looking, not "clean", you know? I mean, the lineart's copypasta, and there's parts where the color is sticking out of the lines. But this is ALL JUST AN OPINION, JEGUS.
And you can't say that there hasn't been a decline in quality in DDs as of late, because there has been. It's kind of sad to see stuff that's simple and not-so-great get recognition, while other artist who are incredible just don't get any form of that kind of thing.
Also, wow, that last part sounded like you were some kid in an after-school special telling a big bad bully off. Which I guess is me? Which is hilarious, because I'm not a bully at all.
but this conversation really is making me lol, truthfully. It's nice to see that you're level-headed and professional when confronting people, but sadly, I don't give out many fucks in this harsh economy, and I'm not seeing how you're really deserving of one of them.

I actually think that there hasn't been a decline in the quality of DDs lately. As you can see from my sig, I'm one of the moderators of #DD-Catalogue . I've seen a lot of DDs, all the way from the first one in 2001. I'm of the opinion that there have always been a fair share of (in my opinion) lower quality DDs. So, no decline in quality... just a steady ratio of mediocre DDs alongside the better ones. Oh well, we all have different tastes. Different strokes for different folks
