DESCRIPTION
Deathlord
Real name: Unknown
Alias: Liberty
Features: One of the few individuals capable of interacting with the flow of time, which even for most demons is an insurmountable barrier.
Where she is, there are roses. Delicate petals beneath the feet of those who walk and deep thorns marks on their hands. One cannot escape either, balance must be maintained in everything.
Where she is, there is time. It flows like a slow river and rages like an aggressive ocean. It crashes in tsunami whirls and falls in torrential downpours upon the earth. But it never stands still. Isn't that right?
Liberty exists outside of time or perhaps she is trapped within it. Or maybe it's both? Understanding those like her is difficult, but understanding her is impossible. Goals, dreams, desires - what drives mortals and immortals. She rejects everything and takes much more, gives little and says farewell to all.
"When you look at a blade, you see death, salvation, a silhouette, a piece of steel, or your own reflection. Or all at once. When you look at Liberty, you see nothing." - Okamma
Through her manipulation of time, Liberty exists simultaneously everywhere and nowhere. The abyss is foreign to her, but time... is her essence. She doesn't control it, she doesn't submit to it; she simply dives into the necessary current and pulls out what may be needed. An extra second given to someone can not only save their life but also turn the whole world upside down.
"When you look at water, you see your reflection, death from impending suffocation, or salvation on the brink of exhaustion. When you look at Liberty, you see everything at once." - Ken Tsui
As you read this text, your life evaporates second by second. Like water slipping through your fingers, like a blade approaching your heart, like the scent of a rose reaching your nostrils, simultaneously accompanied by the sharp pain of holding the stem in your palm.
Whatever you do next, think twice. Because...
"Every action has consequences." - Liberty
