Unless you're referring to Dragonborn from other editions, in 3.5e, Bahamut would strip them of dragonborn status should a dragonborn turn against him. If I worded that a bit weird: should they turn evil, they revert back to their original race and are no longer allowed to be dragonborn again.
Other than that, nice artwork here.

This is really good, but there's just one thing, aren't Dragonborn worshippers of Bahamut, so wouldn't it make more sense to draw something aligned to Tiamat; unless, by Exemplar, you mean that these are Traitors, in which case fair enough.
