These two orcs did not seem to be on good terms during Garrosh's rule of th Horde, Drek'thar refusing to aid him on his path for conquest.
The hatred remains it seems, as Garrosh proceeds to assault his opponent at the very start of the match with a brutal, powerful nodowa, thrusting at Drek'thar's throat with open palms. Drek'thar struggles to retaliate, but is having trouble reacting to the strong, frontal attack.
