Hi. I'm not overly familiar with Photoshop, as I mostly use Paint Shop Pro. Give me a sec. Here's an off site tutorial that may help you.

If it's not downloading, give it an hour and try again. Sometimes the DA servers are wonky.
If you're not downloading because you're unsure of the program, I make my patterns as 100x100 png squares. This way they can be opened and used in any program.
