I was sorely tempted to put "Roy Respectable" as the title to this...but then I didn't

Anywho, I know I promised Conner's lineart would be the next thing I uploaded here on DA, but Roy, Wally, and Dick demanded I finished their pictures first and I...I was weak

So, here's Roy lookin' all snazzy in his formal getup I didn't want his outfit to be all black, so I went ahead and gave his ties stripes to match his Red Arrow ensemble. I imagine Dick and Wally gave this lovely tie to him as a (gag) gift
