So, this is Galaxia after she was healed by Sailor Moon. I wanted the fuku to be similar to the other Senshi's but still have some of hers traits.
Well, after she was healed, she went to live on Earth until the Moon kingdom was restored and with the help of her good friends, Chaos, Universe, and Asteros, she was able to restore some of the Senshi whose Starseeds she'd taken. Four of those became her team. One day, she met a man who took her breath away: Tsukichi Hanamori. With him she restored her kingdom (in alliance with the Moon's) and had a daughter named Rie, who is Sailor Chibi Galaxy.

I guess thats how i picture her looking during epsd 194 that there was a Sailor Soldier with long tainted golden hair and a sword, but her hair was not soft or luscious but rather sharp as a dagger's point and yet dull n lifeless she had surrendered her own starseed by then and became obsessed with battles and domination

In epsd 192 i think >>; they show another scene where Galaxia's golden hair comes loose as she stairs into the void while having a self monologue yet its just her raw power but even so kind of looks like nothing from what we see in the end of the anime where her hair is different.
I kind of pictured Sailor Galaxia back then as having the same outfit we see in the series but instead of Golden its like a shiny silver that reflects many colors like a mirror and yet absorbs powers to change color which i take it GOLD was the color she turned when her starseed departed and Chaos slowly turned her heart sterile and sadistic.
Her hair was two tone Gold from the front and a beautiful mix of Red n Gold from the back like the sweetest fruits one can find in an island somewhere in the tropic of cancer <3

Really lovely 
In anime in flashbacks of Galaxia, there were shots of her in Solar System fuku before she locked Chaos inside her. So healed Galaxia from you seems very good and fitting.
