Very cyberpunk. It's odd, becuase the headphone are the only "artificial" thing in the picture, but they seem to almost be a part of her, and the girl something of a machine (probably the look in her eyes, I'm not quite sure).

Just pencil. Usually I fiddle with stuff in photoshop a bit till I like the way it looks, so that's probably where the confusion comes in.
