where was this photo taken? That looks like a 1941 Packard, I know That some were made in Russia after 1945. I this one of them?

A post from 2019: in the reflections, I could see old yet vivid-painted buildings.
Gray sky, old robust pavement and "bubbled" walls tell me this is historical, old St. Petersburgh. Windows of a modern, late-USSR building indicate some serious importance so it may be a court or something else you would expect to see in the downtown.

That is not a 1941 Packard. It doesn't have the clipper body, which was the only hardtop bodystyle besides the 180, which was never produced in Russia. It is a pre-war model, around !935-!940.

ZIS-101, made in USSR.
One of the cars in behinds looks like Volga GAZ-21, especially with its side reflector made of red glass, so there is no mistake betweein Soviet ZIS and American Packard.
