Hey guys! This is my second entry to contest. Once again, better in my head but oh well. Althought this was my second idea i'm starting to like it more....

So just like the other one, lycra leotard, silver bodysuit underneath, seethrought skirt and cape ((chiffon?)), bootcovers, blue badges/pins to hold the cape up ((fimo or plaster stuff?)) and that's about it. Materials subject to choice and budget but maybe a shiny lycra like scales. Also same as my other entry fish ear headband maybe?

P.S ALso a very big thanks to my sister for letting me use her wacom cause I've not got one and she has so shre let me use it for a bit. Sorry for stealing it from you sis! I love you!
