Sandi (Ha everyone has the same expression. That was even intentional either!)
Like Rapunzel she enjoys exploring and enjoys many things such as baking, painting and that is also her voice claim. Sandy and Tooth happen to be my favourite RotG characters and I kinda ship them Anyway Sandy's personality is quite similar to Sandys and she also has dream sand she can communicate with. Like Tooth Sandi is very friendly, sometimes a bit too friendly? XD Then we have Bubbles, friendly, adorable, excitable and a little naive.

Silver
Alice in wonderland is the main inspiration for Silvers look. She dresses in Alice Lolita (though other characters are sometimes incorporated into her fashion) and has been raised to be polite and well mannered at all times. This also ties in with Sweeney Todd's Johanna (played by Irish Singer/Actress Jayne Wisener) who is Silvers voice claim. (Silver is Irish, enjoys singing and plays piano so it's perfect! ) from Sweeney Todd and Exo Chiko who is also a singer and certainly has the look! Silvers practically an Irish version of Exo Chiko though I actually created Silver before I knew about Exo Chiko. XD

Quinn... I could have put more down for Quinn.
Her main influence is obviously David Bowie as (Daddy) Jareth! She has Megan Fox's sex appeal and Quinn Fabarays popular but sometimes bitchy personality but like Rarity, why she has high expectations, she thinks the world of her friends.
Other influences include Mean Girls Regina George. (but I didn't put her down because she's quite similar to Quinn Fabary) Jessica Rabbit (again the sex appeal/having her figure) and Marie from the Aristocats.

Boo
Ofcourse Oogie has to be there, he's her dad and where her love of gambling comes from. Naya Rivera is also a huge influence. Her character Santana Lopez pretty much fits Boo to a T hence why her tomblr uses a lot of Santana gifs (and occasionally a song/video from her too.). Add in the bad!assness of Harley Quinn and her taste in fashion (love of card related things) and combine with Halloween and you have Boo!

And to save anyone asking, why these 4? Well I don't have 4 Inspirations for my other OCs... not yet anyway. xD
Minnie just has Applejack and Giselle just has Fluttershy (both of which are voice claims..)
