Description La Llorona - a beautiful woman by the name of Maria who killed her children by drowning them in order to be with the man that she loved, but was subsequently rejected by him. After being rejected by her lover, she killed herself. When Maria reached the gates of heaven, she was asked, "Where are your children?" and she replied, "I don't know, my Lord." She was not permitted to enter heaven until she found her children. She now wanders the Earth for all eternity, searching in vain for her drowned offspring. Her constant weeping is the reason for her name, La Llorona.

Needless to say Willow is one of said children who was drowned, therefore is a ghost and cannot eat. It's also the reason for her 'leaky eyes' and blending with water when swimming to the extent of making her invisible in water!
Been working on her on/off for about a week now.

ok the story of la llorrana is her husbend fell in love with a younger woman so she drowned her 3 children( 2 boys 1 girl) so on halloween she lures 3 children (2 boys 1 girl) in to the piont where 2 rivers meet and drowns them

Well I don't really do much with Willow anymore but seeing as they are both La Llorona children, perhaps they are siblings?

It's possible. The story always says she had multiple children (like two or three)

Well it's more like when your eyes water than anything else. She has no control over it and it has nothing to do with her mood but yeah if her mother was crying, Willows eyes would water for reasons unknown to her. It's a connection thing.
