I pull close the dagger and stand on heal

Sharpen the blade then blacken the steel

You are most worth revealing the monster in me

I allow you your passage, while short of the fee

Drink with me once and never again mind

The blood-red sky in a fortress of rhyme

In a timeless life you’ll never again wait

And you will pretend that our love is the same as your fate

Yet midnight it strikes and again I descend

Will the cold suffered walls alone be my friend?

The choice is now yours, but once I am gone,

You won’t find me again should you live ever long "
