Because i looked up on real life hedgehogs, and saw that their feet and hands had claws and paw-like digits.
I don't know what the Sonic hedgehog characters' feet would look like because they're still wearing their shoes.

Yea, I know real life animals have claws, but I personally think only Mobian cat characters should have them.
