Description
This was a piece started by myself, remixed by the lovely and tallented Silvermind [link] and I had a chance to put a few finishing touches on it.She did a marvelous job with it and picked some wonderful photographs by talented and very hard to please Marc Blackie.
This piece reminded me of the Frozen Lake from Dante's Inferno.

This is beautiful and Bizzare.
There is a tension in the image thats hard to describe.. In a way I feel a desire to break through the Ice and free the form trapped beneath yet at the same time doing so would destroy the tranquility of the image. I'm not sure how to react to the black holes they almost look like electrodes. It fills me with a strange sense of stillness and immortality.
You two should work together more often. In fact I'd like to see more collaberative Dev- as a whole.

Great job incorperating light into your work... but I wish she was pressing on the "ice" with a diferent look than that. Hmmm... bothers me... or am I just getting an idea. The belt adds a cool feeling of promisuity and dececny, and the black holes a drilling me. What are they?
