Firstly, this piece was commissioned by someone else. Secondly, there is absolutely nothing wrong with a quadruple amputee. The fact that you find this wrong in on you, there is no reason for you to yell at the artist to go elsewhere. This is just a guy lounging in his undies, which millions of people do everyday.

1. This is not my art.
2. I do not have a fetish for limbless people, but I find the art piece as a whole to be well done. You being rude will not change this.
3. Yelling about it being a fetish to some does not mean that it is required to be only visible to people with that fetish. 
4. If you don't like something you are not obligated to be an asshole to the person that created it, you can simply ignore it and move on. 
5. This art piece is in no way abusing or against the rules of deviantart, so you bashing it and telling the artist to take it elsewhere does no one any good. 
6. This is a COMMISSION of a character chillin on a couch in his underwear. 

As a side note on the fetish thing, having a fetish does not make one sick just because others viewing fetish art don't understand the fetish on a person level. We should all be a little more open minded, and as long as the fetish is not harming anyone I so absolutely no reason to put someone down because of it. I also personally view those that feel the need to hate on fetishes and other things they don't understand as narrow minded, egotistical, assholes. Have a nice day!
